Skoda has just announced the new version of its Fabia supermini. You can order one from the end of the month, and first deliveries are expected towards the end of this year. Prices start at £14,905.

If you’d like a Fabia for less than that, we found a 5 star rated one for under £10,000. Which looks like even better value considering it’s a high- spec SE L model, one of which in the new range will cost you at least £18,980.

To get a 5 Star rating under CarXpert’s used car rating system, a car must have passed all its MOT tests without getting any failure or advisory items. As you can see from the CarXpert ratings screenshot below, this Fabia has a completely clear MOT history.

CarXpert Rating

The car’s on sale with a dealer in Leicester, has done less than 10,000 miles, and is an automatic. The ad mentions “service history”. The omission of the word “full” from that phrase may or may not be significant, so if you’re interested in the car you should check that. Here’s the link to the ad.

When we published our list of the best superminis in terms of MOT results the Fabia made the top 5, so if this particular one isn’t for you, we would suggest they are often a good choice. If you want to get a CarXpert rating for a used Fabia, or any other used car with MOT history, just enter the registration number here.
