Volkswagen has presented its concept for an electric city car of the future this week. If you’re looking for a city car now, then you could do worse than Volkswagen’s current model, the Up!. In fact when we published our guide to the small cars that got the highest average ratings under CarXpert’s used car rating system, the Up! came in at number one on our list.
It therefore didn’t take long for us to find an Up! currently on sale that would qualify as our 5 star car of the week. In order to qualify as a 5 Star car under CarXpert’s rating system a car must have passed all its MOT tests without getting any failure or advisory items.
This 1.0 High Up! is for sale at a VW dealer in Sussex. Priced at £7,250, it’s done 25,000 miles and has had one owner.
