5 Star Car of the Week June 18th

This week Porsche announced the Touring version of the latest 911 GT3. If past experience is anything to go by, unless you are a serial buyer of new Porsches you’ll struggle to get hold of one of these, even if you can afford the £128,000 price tag.

So we thought we’d look for a more affordable and obtainable 911 for our 5 Star Car of the Week. When it comes to Porsches, affordable is a relative term, but we’ve found one with a full service history and a spotless MOT history (hence it’s a 5 Star car under CarXpert’s rating system) for less than half the cost of a new GT3 Touring.

Porsche 911 C4S

As you can see, it’s a 2012 (62 reg) car, a Carrera 4S that’s done a little over 50,000 miles. It’s on sale for £55,989 at a dealer in Harlow. If you want to look at the full advertisement, you can find it here.

If this one’s not for you, don’t forget you can get a rating for any used car with MOT history that you’re considering at CarXpert.

Here’s the rating for this week’s car, and its complete MOT history –
